The Scot also hailed his side's performance in beating Neil Warnock's QPR, and believes the goals will come eventually despite another spate of missed chances at Anfield
Kenny Dalglish has expressed his belief that Liverpool have deserved to win every game this season, except their loss against Tottenham, after beating QPR 1-0 at Anfield.
The Reds have struggled to score goals this term despite dominating games, and Saturday's win was their first at home against a newly-promoted side in three attempts.
However, Dalglish believes The Reds have not been getting their rewards for controlling games and creating chances and insisted if they continue what they are doing, the wins will come.
He told Sky Sports: "There has only been one game this year where I don't believe we have deserved full points or victory - that was Tottenham away - so that is not too bad.
"I don't think the players have got the points their performances and football has deserved. They continue to produce great football so we will be OK if this continues.
"The most important thing is the performance for us. Obviously we'd love to score more goals but if we continue playing like that we'll give ourselves the chance to score a lot more.
The Scot was delighted to see his players continue to play patiently in the face of defiant defending against QPR.
He continued: "The points tally is less than we deserved, maybe the goals tally was but one is enough when the others don’t get an opportunity.
"The players showed great courage and belief to keep doing what they were doing really well which is pass and move, get in the box and create chances. One day we’re going to take them.
The 60-year-old went on to defend under-fire forward Luis Suarez and reitirated that his side would maintain their pass and move philosophy.
He said: "The headlines don’t matter, there’ll be nice headlines for him tomorrow. He scored with a header which doesn’t happen too often I don’t think. He played really well.
"Some of the football we played was brilliant in the first half so we'll just continue to do what we do best.
"We’ve said we can’t change our principles and beliefs because that’s why the players came here so we can only continue to do what we do best and that’s to continue to play that way."
